The Genome Resources Facility provides genomic mapping services including retrieval of clones from the on-site repository, genomic library screening, tissue expression profiling, database analysis, annotation and probe selection, and whole genome amplification (WGA). Specific highlights are as follows. Please note that there are restrictions on distribution of some of the sample and library resources. In these cases, experiments can be performed in-house at TCAG if necessary. For further information, please ask us.
Request services using the LabLink server. For instructions on creating an account, placing an order etc., download the following documents.

How do I know if TCAG has the full-length cDNA clone I am looking for?
- Find the IMAGE id or Genbank accession number of the clone.
- Go to http://image.hudsonalpha.org/IQ/bin/buildIQ?categoryChoice=clone%7EClone .
- Add the IMAGE number (number only, not the word 'IMAGE') to the 'Clone ID' input box
or
or add the Genbank accession number (use uppercase letters) to the 'Genbank Accession Number' input box- Click on the 'Check all' and 'Submit' buttons. Click on 'OK' when the submitted search dialog box appears.
- Note the collection name. TCAG currently carries:
IRAT plates 1-89, 93-137
IRAU plates 1-113
IRAV plates 1-84, 87-136, 139-152, 155-164
